SHIN-OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Osaka – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were very clean and had everything one might need, their poor soundproofing made it challenging to enjoy peace and quiet, especially for light sleepers. The small room size and cramped bathroom, similar to an airline toilet, might not be suitable for everyone. On the bright side, the hotel boasts a friendly and accommodating staff, which added a lot of value to my experience.

The hotel offers a nice and spacious room with complimentary water, ideal after a long journey, although the bathroom is quite small. The service is remarkable with friendly and helpful staff who speak English well. The location is convenient for travel to different nearby destinations, especially close to Shin Osaka Station. The dining experience provides a decent selection of meals in a friendly setting, but with a slight repetition in options.

The hotel at Shin Osaka Honkan exceeded my expectations with a good environment and clean but slightly small rooms. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, although one encounter was a bit rude. The location near Shin-Osaka Station was convenient for my travels to Hiroshima, Nara, and downtown. The dining offered simple and sufficient options, though a bit repetitive after a few days. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
